An Online Course to Improve your understanding of your ADHD and it’s impacts on your everyday life
Matrix Neuropsychology is now recruiting for an 8 week intervention program for young adults with an existing ADHD diagnosis to commence in July 2025.
About the Program:
The program has been developed in consultation with a team of neuro/psychologists, including those with lived experience and aims to help individuals understand and manage the impacts of their ADHD, as these are different for everyone.
Course Facilitators:
The 8-week, My ADHD program, will be facilitated by Dr Linda Gonzalez, Director of Matrix Neuropsychology and Dr Marjolein Kammers, who is an experienced, neuro-affirming Psychologist.
Course Goals:
- Improve your understanding of your ADHD and it’s impacts on your everyday life
- Develop practical strategies to navigate challenges and capitalise on your strengths
- Designed for adults 22 – 35 year olds
Course Structure:
- Psychoeducation from highly trained psychologists about ADHD, symptoms, strategies and support
- Opportunities to share lived experiences in small group discussion
- 8 x 90 minute online sessions
